Consultations
The Corporate Consultation Secretariat (CCS) is pleased to announce our new Consultation Services Calendar, a web-based application to facilitate the process of engaging public involvement.
As you will notice, the appearance of our consultations section has changed to a calendar format. You will be able to, at a glance, see what consultations are currently active and which ones will be coming up in the future. The system is colour coded by subject area allowing you to quickly find what you are looking for.
In addition, you may now search the calendar by Subject, Region or Keywords, allowing you to customize your searches. There are two views available once in the calendar, a compressed view which displays only a few consultations so you can see the entire month in a more calendar looking format. The second view is the expanded view which allows you to see all the consultations going on throughout the month.
The calendar also allows you to toggle forward or backwards between the months and allows you to see which consultations were held in the past. Additionally, if you click on the title of the consultation it will open up the consultation details page with information such as: Title, Description, Timeframe, Target Audience and all the Contact Details.
